Creative Commons License and Publication Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the Author(s) and the Publisher of Kybele Medical Journal upon acceptance of the manuscript identified below for publication.

2. Copyright Statement
The Author(s) hereby represent and warrant that:

a) The manuscript is original, has not been previously published in any language, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

b) All listed authors have made substantial scientific contributions to the work and have approved the final submitted version.

c) All necessary permissions have been obtained for the use of copyrighted material, including figures, tables, and images.

d) The manuscript does not infringe upon any copyright, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights of any third party.

The copyright of the article remains with the Author(s). This Agreement does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership.

3. Licensing
The Author(s) agree that, upon publication, the article shall be distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
Under this license, users may share the article provided that:
• appropriate credit is given,
• the material is not used for commercial purposes, and
• no modifications or derivative works are made.

4. Uses Outside the Scope of the License
Any commercial use, adaptation, translation, modification, or derivative use of the article requires prior written permission from the Author(s) and/or Kybele Medical Journal.
5. Ethical Compliance and Legal Responsibility
The Author(s) acknowledge and agree that:
• all required ethics committee approvals have been obtained,
• informed consent has been secured where applicable,
• all sources of funding and conflicts of interest have been fully disclosed.
In the event that these statements are proven false, the Author(s) shall bear full ethical, academic, and legal responsibility.

6. Publication Rights Granted to the Publisher
The Author(s) grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to publish the article in print and electronic formats, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article, make it permanently available on the Journal’s website, and submit it to indexing and archiving services.
7. Term and Validity
This Agreement shall become effective upon signature by the Corresponding Author and shall remain in force irrespective of withdrawal or retraction of the article.
